We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of production for our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for production planning and scheduling, material resource management, work order generation, subcontractor coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production while supporting a strong safety culture across the plant.

The Director of Sales and Marketing acts as the single-point owner of global sales execution, revenue delivery, and bookings performance. Marketing responsibility within this role is strictly execution-oriented, focused on customer segmentation, sales enablement, and demand support.

Responsible for establishing and managing the scope, budget, schedule, construction and start-up of various Capital Projects and Continuous Improvement Projects - ensuring that all company regulations and procedures are followed and that all work is done in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.  Leads and manages the introduction of new products.  Works with key stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of new products and technologies in manufacturing, packaging, and facilities.

The Manager, Electrical Engineering plays a critical role within the Product Development team. This individual leads the Electrical Design team, overseeing both technical execution and team development. They are accountable for ensuring the electrical and electronic components to uphold the brand’s rigorous quality standards. The role combines leadership and hands-on design work.
