Key Responsibilities
- Own full global sub-P&L, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability
- Lead and align all global functions to deliver business objectives
- Develop and execute annual operating plans and long-range growth strategies
- Drive sales growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction worldwide
- Ensure operational excellence, quality standards, and consistent execution
- Implement and enforce policies and governance across the organization
- Build, develop, and mentor global leadership teams
Qualification and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or Physics preferred)
- MBA preferred
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive P&L leadership experience
- 5+ years in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role
- Proven experience leading global, cross-functional organizations
