Key Responsibilities

• Own full global sub-P&L, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability
• Lead and align all global functions to deliver business objectives
• Develop and execute annual operating plans and long-range growth strategies
• Drive sales growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction worldwide
• Ensure operational excellence, quality standards, and consistent execution
• Implement and enforce policies and governance across the organization
• Build, develop, and mentor global leadership teams

Qualification and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or Physics preferred)
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 10+ years of progressive P&L leadership experience
• 5+ years in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role
• Proven experience leading global, cross-functional organizations

• Strong executive leadership and strategic thinking
• Ability to lead in complex, global environments
• Executive-level communication skills, including Board presentations
• Results-driven, decisive, and resilient under pressure
• Strong mentoring and talent development capability

Salary Range:  $220,000 - $270,000
