What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain automation tools and CI/CD pipelines used across multiple engineering teams
• Develop internal platform tooling and systems that improve development workflows and release processes
• Work closely with software engineering teams to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery
• Participate in architecture discussions related to automation, deployment, and system reliability
• Implement scalable and secure deployment pipelines
• Improve build systems, testing automation, and deployment processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and release infrastructure
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

What We Are Looking For

• 5–8+ years of software development experience
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with backend or full-stack software development
• Experience building or working with CI/CD pipelines and automation systems
• Familiarity with containerization and modern development tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design
• Experience working in Agile engineering environments

Preferred Technologies

Experience with one or more of the following:

• C# / .NET
• Java
• C++
• Microservices architectures
• Cloud platforms and containerized environments
• CI/CD tooling and build automation systems

Salary Range:  $90,000 - $120,000
