Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery
- Lead production planning, scheduling, and material resource planning activities
- Generate, manage, and control work orders and related production documentation
- Coordinate procurement of subcontracted components and selected material items
Continuous Improvement & Quality
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes
- Lead corrective action resolution and process/procedure improvements
- Support and uphold quality systems, inventory planning, and process flow optimization
Leadership & Safety
- Directly manage and develop production team members
- Manage operational budgets and support cost-control initiatives
- Actively participate in and promote the plant safety program, ensuring compliance and a strong safety culture
Work Environment
- Office, production hall, and warehouse environments
- Controlled temperature setting with exposure to production noise
- No regular business travel required
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5–15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or operations management
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and basic electrical components
- Proven experience with production planning and scheduling
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP/MRP), material requirements planning, and inventory management
- Familiarity with quality systems and manufacturing process flows
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
