The Manager, Product Management will lead a team responsible for a key enterprise platform that enables organizations to manage specialized devices and operational technologies across industries such as healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and retail.  You will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer stakeholders to define product direction and ensure successful product delivery from concept through launch and market adoption.  

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap
• Own the product lifecycle from concept through release
• Identify opportunities to improve product capabilities and market positioning

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of product professionals
• Drive accountability for delivery, timelines, and outcomes
• Support career development and product leadership growth

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering teams to define product requirements
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate product direction

Product Delivery

• Develop product requirements, user stories, and roadmap priorities
• Ensure successful delivery of product releases
• Align product initiatives with broader business objectives

Required Experience

Product Leadership

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience delivering products from concept to launch
• Demonstrated ownership of product roadmaps and strategy

Technical Background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar technical discipline
• Software Development
• QA / Testing
• Technical Analysis
• Systems Engineering

Product Environment

• Enterprise software environments
• SaaS platforms
• Device management platforms
• Software products integrated with hardware or IoT systems

Communication & Leadership

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams
• Experience managing or mentoring product professionals

Salary Range: $150,000 – $170,000 base (+ bonus)
