Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Linux-based infrastructure for engineering workflows
• Manage EDA/CAD environments (installations, upgrades, dependencies)
• Build and operate AWS infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, IAM)
• Administer shared systems: NFS, backups, remote access, user management
• Troubleshoot across OS, storage, networking, and applications
• Partner with engineering teams to resolve performance and usability issues
• Automate tasks using scripting or infrastructure-as-code
• Contribute to documentation and system reliability improvements

Requirements

• Strong Linux administration experience
• Background supporting technical or compute-heavy environments
• Hands-on AWS experience
• Strong troubleshooting across infrastructure layers
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Solid understanding of networking, storage, permissions, and system performance

Nice to Have

• Experience with EDA/CAD tools or semiconductor environments
• Exposure to DevOps / SRE practices
• Experience in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments

• Engineers can access tools without friction
• Infrastructure is stable, scalable, and maintainable
• Issues are resolved quickly with clear ownership

Salary Range: $110 - $140
