Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and assist with audit preparation
• Monthly & Quarterly financial reporting package including variance analysis
• Prepare the yearly budget and periodic forecast
• Develop financial models to support growth, cost reduction & business decisions
• Work closely with the division top management
• Maintain & improve current financial process to produce, collect and analyze data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• CPA or CMA preferred
• 8-9 year of experience in finance with solid accounting background.
• Experience working with global industrial public companies is an asset
• Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations
• A high standard of accuracy and precision while adhering to tight timelines
• Experience with SOX compliance & US GAAP reporting
• Highly organized, detailed orientated along with ability to see the big picture
• Experience with ERP (QAD - Advantage) & advance Excel skills
