Controls Software Designer – Rock Hill, SC

We are seeking an experienced Controls Software Designer to support custom automation projects in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience programming Rockwell / Allen-Bradley PLC systems and working with automated machinery from programming through integration and commissioning.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and modify PLC programs using Rockwell/Allen-Bradley controls

Program and troubleshoot automated machine sequences

Develop and support HMI applications

Integrate conveyors, sensors, drives, robotics and other automation equipment

Debug and commission equipment during machine integration

Support installation and commissioning at customer sites

Preferred experience:

Studio 5000 / Logix Designer

ControlLogix and CompactLogix

FactoryTalk

FANUC or other industrial robotics

Conveyors and material-handling systems

Custom automation or machine-building environments

Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Rock Hill and travelling as required for commissioning.
