Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the Parts & Aftermarket business.
- Own and manage the product portfolio, including lifecycle management, product launches, and product rationalization.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop pricing strategies that improve profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while supporting sourcing and procurement initiatives.
- Partner with Sales to develop commercial programs that drive aftermarket revenue and customer retention.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to improve product availability and customer experience.
- Monitor key business metrics including revenue, margins, forecasts, and product performance.
- Prepare business cases, financial analysis, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the aftermarket business.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Line Management, Category Management, Commercial Management, or Aftermarket leadership.
- Experience developing pricing strategies, managing product portfolios, and driving business growth.
- Background in industrial manufacturing, capital equipment, building products, automation, HVAC, automotive aftermarket, industrial distribution, or related technical industries.
- Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.

Salary Range: $140,000 - 150,000
