Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Build and manage sales channels, including reps, distributors, and internal sales teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with end-users, OEMs, and strategic partners.
  • Lead and coordinate both local and distributed sales teams to drive business growth.
  • Gather customer requirements and collaborate with the Engineering team for product development.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives in collaboration with key teams.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field (a technical background in electronics is an advantage).
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in technical sales and business development.
  • Strong expertise in data acquisition technology and applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and expand market presence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
