Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Build and manage sales channels, including reps, distributors, and internal sales teams.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with end-users, OEMs, and strategic partners.
- Lead and coordinate both local and distributed sales teams to drive business growth.
- Gather customer requirements and collaborate with the Engineering team for product development.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Oversee marketing initiatives in collaboration with key teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field (a technical background in electronics is an advantage).
- 10+ years of relevant experience in technical sales and business development.
- Strong expertise in data acquisition technology and applications.
- Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and expand market presence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
